Is Mazda Carplay Worth It. I use it every day and it is such a better interface than Mazdas. I admit my ignorance concerning Caraplay-What does it do for me thats worth 299.
I really wanted to get the Mazda Navigation SD card but for 400 I couldnt justify the cost when the Infotainment upgrade was only 100 more than I have nearly unlimited data for music and Google maps on my phone. I was using the AIO solution before to have android auto but it was often glitchy either phone calls or google maps were buggy. The price doesnt include labor but it does include more powerful USB ports.
Absolutely worth it for me.
The sidebar is available on all Apple. Future Cars Worth Waiting For. Keep in mind that CarPlay showed up in all the way back in May of 2014 so that was plenty of time for Mazda. Mazda is offering an Apple CarPlay and Android Auto upgrade for older models equipped with Mazda Connect infotainment systems.
