After work I started going over the engine compartment and all of the big fusable links that I could find look fine.
Could be a dirty connection there or there is also a large main fuse in the PDB that supplies power. If there is a second cable possibly a 12 awg cable connected at the same terminal it could be that this cable. No electrical power even with a new battery that I bought because of the problem. It may also shut down if one of the LANs is disconnected.
